Overall I dont like over-sweet frangrances and this gives me the good balance between masculinity and gourmandise. It's leathery, added with that whiskey note, has some really nice sweetness, just enough to be inviting and not nauseating. Giorgio Armani Code Profumo EDP is a very good, intense, sweet, tonka, leather, spicy cardamom, and nutmeg fragrance.

They both have citrusy top notes, and the tonka bean/benzoin/leather/woody cocktail in Privé is very similar to the tonka bean/labdanum/vetiver/patchouli concoction in Play Intense. If you like Givenchy Gentleman Only, you will like this fragrance which is warmer but with the same dna.
