Apparently Cernovich has written another book, "MAGA Mindset", more directly about the Trump campaign, so I guess maybe that was more of what I was looking for. Personally, I found the mindset section quite comprehensive and I chose to take a break and re-read all those chapters again later before I got to the lifestyle section.

The fact that Trump was, for a whole year, the most hated, mocked, and defamed person alive, and yet at the end of the year he emerged the most powerful man in the world primarily through unwavering confidence, personal charisma, and "high energy" speeches is a truly staggering feat. Many people will work tirelessly for years and years before they catch their break and at any point of the way, if they lost the energy to persist, then they would have seen all of that energy as wasted, all that time spent as wasted, and would never have had that breakthrough. That's pretty odd, because one of the great things about this book is how quick and easy of a read it is.There are a ton of smaller details that are covered; vitamin supplements, walking and sitting posture, even filing taxes! The author talks about the number of distractions we have in modern life and the importance of focusing on one thing at a time. Cernovich's high prominence in pro-Trump social media circles led him to build a network of sympathetic sources, and break several stories on his blog, which he promoted on Twitter and video streaming sites like Periscope. Applying Gorilla Mindset to your life (make no mistake, this is a book you must apply) will improve your health and fitness, lead to more money and career advancement, and help you have deeper, more meaningful relationships (or more casual ones; it’s your choice). People with a growth mindset look for ways to grow while fixed mindset people believe their traits are fixed so they shy away from challenges.

I got the traditional "dead tree" format, but this is probably better as an e-book as there are worksheets to print out and the print layout makes photocoping them awkward. But I make an exception for Gorilla Mindset because, in my opinion, Cernovich picks many of what I consider the very basics of an empowered life. Also, if you follow Mike on social media, you'll also see he greatly exemplifies this in his own life.
